I bought a Tag of model WAJ1112BA0875 and Serial No: WWE0788 on 18 October 2015. To our horror the crown just fell off when my husband was trying to adjust the date. So thinking it was bought less than a year ago, all should be ok as it should be covered by warranties. We sent it to the shop we bought from “watchshoppe” in 1U shopping center for repair, all the while having full confidence that Tag will definitely honor their warranty. We were so pissed off when we were told that crown is not covered by warrantee!!!! What!!!Why??? We bought our watch less than a year… Does Tac know that this part of the watch is a flimsy part and hence do not even covers it with a warrantee? We were charged RM305 for the repair that we feels is a manufacturing issue!!! Please explain why this particular part is not covered by warrantee? I wouldn’t hv felt so cheated if my watch is a few years old !!!! Now I am so afraid to touch that crown!!! Such a flimsy part! I hope you will seriously look into my complain and reimburse us the money we paid for the crown and also look into designing a more robust crown! Otherwise I will hv to share my experience with my friends and friends of my friends on Facebook. Let them come to their own conclusions on buying a Tac!!!
